The first clue....

So the first clue has been created.... dun dun DUN!!! Here is a picture of it. I found some old play bill covers for Theater versions of 'Cluedo' (which is the European version of 'Clue' I believe - someone correct me if I am off). So I took the play bill cover and made it look like a theater poster that had been signed and wah-lah.... the first clue (of many to come). By the way, thanks to Kate for the frame.. she sent me several recently and this one was just perfect for the job. I will be hanging this in the billiard room (plans and layouts to come soon....)

Also, this clue was photographed on my new kitchen table!!!.... It was just put together so never mind how bare it looks!! Stuff will soon be all around it :)

  1. Firstly, congratulations on the 1st clue. In Singapore, it's called Cluedo too.
Secondly, I LOVE THOSE TABLE AND CHAIRS! Very oriental and in my fav wenge. I must say I was expecting a long and huge table, knowing your penchant for saving poor little houses!

  4. Thank you Sans!! I like them too! We rarely sit at the table to eat (its mostly at the couch...shame shame) and we just don't have room for a huge table and lots of chairs so I figured this would be perfect!! A long and huge table will come along when my office isn't located in the dining room!!

Thanks Kate!! It was just so perfect for the job... esp with the domed top!! But I kept the mirror part of it intact behind the print in case I change my mind later (which could totally happen!!)

  7. Thanks Katie and Kim! We try to find a cross every place that we visit. Its fun to search them out and hang on the wall.... we still have two from a recent trip that we haven't hung!

  8. I know, I know! Mr. B (sorry Ara's hubby) was done away with by Mrs. Peacock, in the billiards room, with a picture frame ;-)

It looks so cute, the clue reminds me of something you'd find in an old world opera house.
